The trick to slim down without doing sports
Studies published in the medical journal Annals of Internal Medicine reveal that incorporating 30 grams of fiber into your daily diet would help you lose weight.
To reach this conclusion, the scientists followed 240 overweight volunteers between 2009 and 2014. On average, they observed a weight loss of 2.1 kg after 12 months in the group of people who had followed a higher fiber diet.
Lose weight without dieting
In parallel, people in the group who followed the dietary recommendations of the American Heart Association (AHA), lost an average of 2.7 kg over this same period.
