We all dream of not having any more cellulite. To eliminate it, or at least blur it, there are a few solutions. Adopt a healthy diet, apply a suitable cream on the affected areas are part of it. But the best method is to practice physical activity. Follow these effective exercises.

The front knee jumped

This very complete exercise works the thigh muscles and the glutes. Thanks to it, you can effectively erase the orange peel effect.

Exercise : Take a step forward, go up the knee while jumping, go down, go back and rest. Be careful not to move your knee too far, and keep your leg a little bent. Change legs each time, and realize 4 sets of 20 reps for an effective result.

Slot

The lunge exercise effectively solicits the quadriceps and glutes to strengthen them. It is perfect for getting rid of cellulite encrusted on the thighs and buttocks.

Exercise : Put one foot in front, and the other well in the back. Take off the heel of the foot located at the back, and once well placed, descend as low as possible to have a 90 degree angle at the knee. Realize 3 sets of 10 reps for each leg.

The squat lift

The squat lift works the thighs and glutes to effectively fight against cellulite. You have zero defect legs!

Exercise : Spread your legs the same width as your shoulders, then perform a squat: bend your legs as if you were going to sit on a chair. Then place your body weight on your heels and keep your back straight. When you go back up, stretch your leg to the side and block the pose for a few seconds. Plahold the tip of the foot inward, and bend the supporting leg. Go back down then put your foot down, do your squat and go back up. Perform 4 sets of 20 repetitions.
